About Florida Mortgage School
Florida Mortgage School has been training mortgage professionals since 1995.
We teach you the informtation you need to obtain your license for mortgage loan origination. We also provide continuing education for mortgage professional as mandiated by Federal and State guidelines. All mortgage loan originators, contract processors and contract underwriters need to comply with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) requirements.
Meet the Instructor
Our instructor, David Hennon, graduated from Indiana State University with a teaching degree and Masters’ work in Special Education. He has over 40 years experince in the industry and has been deemed a Mortgage Expert in the state of Florida. He has a wide range of experience, from owning his own successful mortgage brokerage to that of a Vice-President of a major wholesale mortgage lender.
