Refund Policy

Students must be present for the entire scheduled course time in order to receive NMLS credit.

We reserve the right to charge a $25 fee to change to a different scheduled class date.

There is a $100 fee for cancellation after registration.

No refunds for students who do not attend their scheduled class date. We highly encourge you to contact us at 407-509-6456 if you need to change your class date.

No refund if the student cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled class date.

School Registration Policy

Registration occurs by purchasing a course on this website or calling our office 407-509-6456.

Students are welcome to audit a later pre-licensing class. To obtain your invite, please contact our office at 407-509-6456:

  • Within 90 days of the initial class date: Free of Charge

  • 90 Days to Six Months: $149 (half price)

  • After Six Months: $259
